SENIOR NARRATIVE DESIGNER

We're looking for a Senior Narrative Designer to help imagine and create an exciting and rich new world for gamers to explore. Job Purpose and Responsibilities:

The Senior Narrative Designer works closely with the Narrative Lead to create the compelling stories, world, characters, and quests that are the backbone of every great RPG. Responsibilities include:

• Quest design, from documentation to implementation
• Working in conjunction with the Art team to create a shared vision of the game world
• Designing and scripting game encounters, scripted events, and cinematics

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years professional game development experience
• Minimum of two AAA titles shipped as a Designer on console and/or PC (experience in RPGs strongly preferred)
• Superior writing ability
• Proficiency with game editors (Aurora, TES, Unreal) and scripting systems (experience with RPG editors strongly preferred)
• The ability to share your experience and knowledge with more junior team members, and to help guide their designs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a team environment
