ART PRODUCER

Do you know a lot about art pipelines? Maybe you're even a game artist right now but you always had an eye for production? You like to see things running smoothly, with people fired up about what they're doing, efficient art pipelines, scheduling and meeting milestones. If this sounds like you then you are the person we need! We are looking for a producer to work with our art department on a AAA multi-platform RPG title.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the art leads to create task schedules for the artists.
• Identify pipeline bottlenecks before they occur and proactively suggest solutions.
• Foster communication between all departments.
• Organize and stimulate the creative process.
• Work with the Executive Producer to ensure that everything we do is towards the goal of making a AAA title.
• Work with the art outsourcing manager to coordinate external art asset production and integration.
• Manage the flow of assets and information between teams and team members.
• Prepare presentation material and demos.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working in game development, preferably with at least one shipped AAA title as Producer
• Excellent team and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Very organized, but still agile and responsive in a dynamic work environment
• In-depth understanding of the craft disciplines needed to make a great game
• Experience with appropriate software development processes (i.e., SCRUM, XP)
• A passion for hands-on game development with a focus on attention to detail
• Strong understanding of Project Management practices and principles
